No, I won’t review here as I want to do a long review of the series later. Just putting it out there that this is a 10/10 would recommend. THE ART is GORGEOUS. I would like to give all the praises I can to Haga and Kang Jiyoung for their storytelling and art. The gold work they’ve put into this series is incredible–I don’t think I’ve ever seen it done better on a digital platform. Moreover, their epilogue to Season 1 had me laughing so hard I could hardly breathe at one point. It’s just amazing and I’m so glad S2 is gaining it’s translated release!

2. Lucia chapter 32 – Well. (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) That was intense. It felt like filler though. And, I’m still waiting for the son to appear.
3. Yari no Yuusha no Yarinaoshi chapter 19 – It’s nice that the Spear Hero can get a redemptive arc in this AU side story. I also love how overkill the Spear Hero is in this. He’s super OP and just goes at anything that might threaten the Shield Hero out of his weird obsession for Fio. LoL
4. Maseki Gurume: Mamono no Chikara o Tabeta Ore wa Saikyou! chapters 1 to 7, Chris, we’re all concerned about the straw thing. And Ain’s reaction when he sees the shop owner, priceless. Also, how much of an allowance did this kid get? This is a great read! Looking forward to more.
5. Shinigami Lovers chapters 1 to 12 – I ended up rereading this series today in a speed through read as I was remembering old favorites. You can buy copies of the two-volume series on Amazon. I was thinking about my reread of I am a Piano from yesterday and thought about other formative readings I had when I first started reading manga. Shinigami Lovers was a series I started out with, and I loved the fashion and nail art within. It reminds me now of some lolita wear, though it’s not exactly the same style.
6. Chichi wa Eiyuu, Haha wa Seirei, Musume no Watashi wa Tenseisha chapter 16 – I hope Ellen grows up and marries the prince. I also hope the prince doesn’t turn evil like the others in his family. I think that’s what the author is aiming for, but I could also see him totally going after Ellen as his father has gone after her’s father.
7. Don’t Hate by Pink_Alien on Webtoons chapters 1 to 27 – LMAO. I hope Bob becomes the greatest bodyguard to Bucky.
8. Beatrice chapter 23 – The redhead girl: Oh no; Our princess inspiring the archduke with her sweet nature: Oh yes!
9. Isekai Tensei no Boukensha chapters 1 to 4 – Um, what? I’m still not sure why these new guys are after our MC.
10. Eternal Daytime in the Night chapters 1 to 4 – A vampire story that introduces angels really quick. Not terrible but hasn’t fully hooked me. I might read more later on.
11. On The Emperor’s Lap chapter 21 on Tappytoons – He’s finally going to recognize Bella?!
12. Papa Wolf and the Puppy chapters 1 to 8 – This is very cute.
13. Emperor’s Evil Wife chapters 48 to 49 on the WebComics app – Xue Er is loved by the emperor <3!! Still thinking about doing a longer review so I won’t say too much here.
14. Cursed Princess Club chapters 18 to 21 – Every character of this series is gold. Pure, absolute, gold. I love it. Thinking of doing a longer review on this too so I won’t write much here.
15. Revenge of a Fierce Princess chapter 160 – Uh, what? I think I need to go back. I was so interested in the revenge our princess was getting on her sister I think I missed the murder of the other emperor!
16. Hunter Black on Lezhin chapter 1 – Loving the art style of this. The panels are drawn with an American style in mind, meaning the panels are not necessarily as spread out as others on the platform. Also, hey – I might be doing some social media work for these guys in the near future, so check it out if you feel inclined!
17. Phantom Paradise chapters 10 to 12 on Webtoons – I kind of want a peek back into the future where this whole comic started, yet, at the same time, I don’t want to interrupt the current story… I feel conflicted.
18. Weak Hero chapters 6 to 9 on Webtoons – Have you ever just felt the tension? Almost every chapter thus far has left me going “oh, hell,” as I wait for the inevitable point when Grey loses it. Because it’s coming.
19. Amina of the Lamp chapters 11 to 13 – I’m suspicious…. But I’ll reserve commenting for now…
20. The Duchess With An Empty Soul chapter 8 – SHE PROPOSED <3!!! Also, I know I’ve written about this before but I LOVE when the outfits are matchy/matchy and the blues that Claude and Ivona wear in this chapter just go so well together!! I hope to see more of this as I continue reading!!
